It was just announced today that two Leafs veterans and trade deadline acquisitions will be leaving. Insiders Pierre LeBrun and Chris Johnston have provided insight on what the two veterans are planning on doing later today.
Possible Destinations
O'Rielly and Schenn will certainly garner a lot of interest on the open market but a spot I see for both is Buffalo. Both are former teams O'Reilly played for but with the Sabres just about to enter their contention window, we could see them come on as top contenders for the vets.
