Nothing is quite set in stone yet, but with so much excitement around the international game and seeing the best of the best battle it out, this would do nothing but great things for the NHL on the biggest stage.
The NHL and NHLPA are in discussions to create an international competition for 2025 that would start a rotation of events, including a return to the Olympics in 2026.
