In last night's game between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Dallas Stars, an incident unfolded just before the end of the second period.

With less than a minute left in the second period, after a battle for the puck , where McCabe had already threw it away, got on the receiving end of a dangerous hit from Mason Marchment.

Upon returning to his bench, McCabe was visibly upset and quickly expressed his frustration to the referee.
