#Coyotes minority owner Andrew Barroway, was arrested in Colorado on a felony charge of strangulation.

Barroway, who also owns the Greek second-division soccer club Athens Kallithea FC, has been indefinitely suspended by the NHL.

He owns 5% of the team.

The Coyotes have a 'good behavior' clause in their arena agreement with the Arizona State University Sun Devils. Could this incident be sufficient to nullify the clause?

This development might signal the end of the Arizona Coyotes.
