Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe, dropped another gem after the Leafs' nail-biting 2-1 Game 6 win against the Bruins last night. With the series tied up, it's all coming down to a Game 7 showdown on Saturday at TD Garden.

Now, Keefe knows a thing or two about coaching in Game 7s, especially considering the Leafs haven't had the best track record in recent years, including two losses to the Bruins during his time here. Yet instead of dwelling on the past, he's looking ahead with optimism.
In my mind, we just played two Game 7's.
He's drawing inspiration from the Florida Panthers, who pulled a stunning comeback against the Bruins last postseason. They erased a 3-1 series deficit and stole a Game 7 win on the road.
Sure, the Leafs have had their struggles in Game 7s, dropping their last five, but the Bruins haven't exactly been on fire either, going 0-3 in their recent Game 7 outings, and have lost six straight close-out playoff games.
There's also a chance we might see Auston Matthews, who's been out since the third period of Game 4, back in action for Game 7. Keefe hinted at the possibility, so that could give the Leafs a much-needed boost.
It's shaping up to be a thriller. Will the Leafs break their Game 7 curse? Will Matthews make a triumphant return? Bring on Saturday night can't come soon enough!
