Edmonton Oilers head coach Kris Knoblauch gave us a worrying update on the status of Leon Draisaitl today. The superstar forward is out day-to-day after struggling with an issue in game one.

This news comes after Draisaitl missed some time during game one against the Canucks last night. After the game, Knoblauch revealed that the German forward was dealing with cramps.
Postgame tonight, Edmonton coach Kris Knoblauch said Leon Draisaitl left the game during the second period due to cramping issues.
Typically, this is an issue that would not worry fans too much. However, Draisaitl was absent from the team's mandatory practice this morning, raising red flags about his status. The good news is that Adam Henrique, who was not in the lineup for game one, was a regular participant at practice today.

Adam Henrique is here.
After the practice, Knoblauch confirmed that Draisaitl is day-to-day. He also gave Henrique the same designation, despite the fact that he participated in practice. As a result, we will just have to wait until game two to see what the lineup looks like.
Leon Draisaitl and Adam Henrique are listed as day to day, per Kris Knoblauch. #Oilers @Sportsnet650
