According to Seattle Police, they were summoned to Nichushkin's hotel room last Saturday at 3:45 AM due to a "crisis situation." A woman named Irina Prudnikova was discovered heavily intoxicated, and an Avs team doctor attended to her.
The police report notes that Prudnikova struck the doctor, who opted not to press charges given her level of intoxication. The doctor called 9-1-1, believing that Prudnikova was too inebriated to use a ride-sharing service.

Prudnikova, who claims to be from Russia but born in Ukraine, stated that she regretted coming to the United States, but her passport had been stolen by a "bad person."
