The Toronto Maple Leafs are facing a tough situation in their second-round series against the Florida Panthers. The team lost both of their home games to the Panthers, especially game two, in which they squandered an early 2-0 lead.

One of the biggest challenges for the Leafs has been Florida's goaltender, Sergei Bobrovsky, who has been in sensational form since replacing Alex Lyons in the first round against the Boston Bruins. Although Leafs goalie Ilya Samsonov has been playing decently, he is clearly being overshadowed by Bobrovsky's remarkable performances.

During a recent practice session, Samsonov lost his cool after being scored on by Leafs captain John Tavares. Video footage captured Samsonov slamming his stick into the post in frustration. This outburst could work in favor of the Panthers, who will be looking to exploit any weakness in the Leafs' defense.

If Samsonov fails to regain his composure, it could spell disaster for the Leafs' season. Fans of the team have reason to be concerned, as this could be a disappointing end to what could of been their chance to go all the way.
