The Boston Bruins have released a significant update on the injured Taylor Hall, who has been sidelined for the past nine games due to a lower-body injury.

Hall Returns to the Ice

Hall sustained the injury on February 25th during a game against the Vancouver Canucks while the Bruins were on a five-game Western road trip. The 31-year-old Hall has enjoyed a solid season, primarily playing on the third line alongside Charlie Coyle and Trent Frederic. In 58 games, he has recorded 16 goals and 20 assists.

If Hall returns ahead of schedule, the Bruins' medical and training staffs deserve recognition with the '7th Player Award' for their remarkable work in helping every player return earlier than expected.

Hall may potentially return after the road trip, possibly as early as next Tuesday when the Senators visit Boston.
