After the conclusion of the 2023-24 NHL season, Fanatics has taken over as the NHL's jersey manufacturer, and now we have a first hand look at the future.

For some time now, NHL fans have been full of dread for the impending Fanatics takeover, and after the Florida Panthers clinched the Stanley Cup, that officially began. On Wednesday, several teams unveiled their new looking jersey's under Fanatics, and for the Maple Leafs and their fans, it came with pleasant surprise.
New threads are looking fresh 😮‍💨

Introducing the @Fanatics Authentic Pro On-Ice Uniforms.
For the most part, Fanatics have been criticized for their dreadful customer service and poor quality control, but for the most part, the reaction to this post was somewhat positive. Unfortunately, the image of the brand within the NHL community still isn't good, with many fans in the comments questioning the move from the league.
While most fans would enjoy the league going to a more respected and reputable brand, Fanatics are here to stay for the next decade, so perhaps their jersey's will grow on fans as the years roll by. For now however, we saw some positivity, but mostly a negative reaction to this post and ones from other teams, so it's safe to say that the league have plenty of work to do to restore good faith with the fans when it comes to their jerseys for some time.
