Evander Kane Could Face Suplimental Punishment for Massive Cross-Check Delivered During Battle of Alberta

Evander Kane may have taken the battle of Alberta one step too far, delivering a massive crosscheck last night on Nazem Kadri which has some questioning a suspension.

Physical Battle of Alberta Does Not Disappoint and Evander Kane Could Have Taken it Too Far

If we know one thing in hockey, it is that the Battle of Alberta is not going to disappoint. The rivalry is one of the most physical in hockey, and it was no different last night, with a ton of scrums and fights happening between the whistles.







However, things may have gotten the best of Evander Kane in the game, as he delivered a massive crosscheck on Nazem Kadri, who was previously tangled up with Connor McDavid while skating through center ice.

Kadri and Flames Get Best of Oilers in Last Night's Game

Kadri was able to get the last laugh last night, though, as he and the Calgary Flames closed out the game, winning 6-3. Kadri was able to net a nice goal as well, which was a cherry on top for the Flames.



We will definitely be watching when these two teams face off again in April!
