Corey Perry will officially make his return to the NHL wearing an Edmonton Oilers Jersey, and number 90 at that. The Oilers announced today that they have signed Perry to a one-year deal worth $775,000 with a number of performance bonuses worked in.

Perry was given the green light to return to the NHL just a few weeks ago and has since been pursued by a number of teams. He had reportedly joined the Oilers this morning for practice and could make his start with the team as early as this week.
