First reporter to break the news of Johnny Gaudreau's passing gets fired from his job
The first reporter to break the news of Johnny Gaudreau's tragic passing was officially fired from his job after receiving a lot of backlash on social media.
Very sad news were released today. This morning, the Columbus Blue Jackets and the NHL confirmed the death of
Johnny Gaudreau and his brother
Matthew Gaudreau.

The first to break the news, Dylan Robillard on "Flyers Nitty Gritty" didn't wait that confirmation, and released an article nonetheless, causing a massive controversy in the journslism community.
Earlier today, the webseite released an statement, saying that the reporter was fired because of his actions:
Unfortunately, that didn't stop there. He received death threats and hate messages on social media:
There's no doubt that Robillard made a mistake by publishing that article. However, he doesn't deserve all this hate.
