This Bruins veteran has been confirmed to be out for several weeks due to an injury, confirming the worst for the Bruins.

Lucic Out for 'Weeks' Due to Lower Body Injury

Ahead of their game against the Ducks, Jim Montgomery announced that Milan Lucic will miss a couple of weeks due to a lower-body injury after taking a shot to the skate against the Kings on Saturday.
Montgomery said that Milan Lucic will be out for a couple of weeks with a lower-body injury.

Lauko out for a week, he has a fracture, along with letting the swelling go down.
Lucic has only recorded two assists in the Bruins' first four games. The 35-year-old will look to rehab what is likely a foot-related injury and get back prior to December, however, an exact timeline for his return was not given.

Not the Only Bruin Confirmed Out with Injury

Montgomery also confirmed that Lauko will be out for at least a week, as he has suffered a scary injury to his face after taking a skate to the eye. Lauko will await the swelling to reduce before returning.
Oh no, Jakub Lauko just took a skate to the eye area and he darted straight to the bench. Scary situation. #Blackhawks
The Bruins are hopeful for a quick return as they get into the grind of the season, with a game tonight, Saturday, and Monday.
