Suspension After Dirty Hit Not Enough for Fans
Ryan Hartman, who was suspended for a dirty hit, believed he had faced the consequences of his actions. However, some fans took it upon themselves to escalate the situation further.
Death Threats Directed at Hartman

Jets fans targeted Hartman on Instagram, but rather than cowering in fear, he confronted the issue head-on.
From @RHartzy18's Insta Story:
Regardless of your feelings towards a player or their actions on the ice, never send messages like this.
The "Personal fave" comment implies he received other negative messages as well. Do better. #mnwild #GoJetsGo
When Hartman returns from his suspension for Game 1 of the playoffs, it is hoped that this experience will motivate him even more.
The actions of these Winnipeg fans are undoubtedly appalling.
