Heading into the 2024 offseason the Toronto Maple Leafs will be losing one of their most experienced front office executives as Laurence Gilman has left the organization.

The Toronto Maple Leafs continue their organizational restructuring today. After hiring new head coach Craig Berube many believed more changes were coming. The first wave of changes consisted of hiring new assistant coaches.
The Maple Leafs have hired former Islanders head coach Lane Lambert as an associate coach.
