Rory McIlroy Drops Hint about Leafs offseason plans
PGA golfer Rory McIlroy spilled some Toronto Maple Leafs offseason secrets.
While he was in Hamilton for the Canadian Open recently, Rory had dinner with someone from the Maple Leafs organization. They dropped some major hints about some big changes coming up this offseason for GM Brad Treliving and the Leafs.
According to Rory, it seems like the Leafs are gearing up to shake things up, and aren't done even after replacing Sheldon Keefe with Craig Berube behind the bench. He's hopeful that these changes will be the game-changer they need to finally make a deep playoff run and maybe even snag that elusive Stanley Cup.
Sounds like they're making some changes this off-season and hopefully that's the catalyst to hopefully making a run in the playoffs and maybe getting that Stanley Cup.
