Brandon Lisowsky is one of the most intriguing prospects in hockey, and after being let go by Toronto, it appears he's looking for another chance with the Leafs.
The Toronto Maple Leafs have an incredibly talented prospect group heading into the off-season, and now they're on the verge of adding another talented player of the future. According to a recent report, former Leafs prospect Brandon Lisowsky has his eyes set on joining the Maple Leafs organization once more after they let his rights expire earlier this year.
Now, with the option to head to the AHL or back to the WHL after going undrafted once more in 2024, he appears set on joining the Maple Leafs on a full time basis with the Marlies.
The 20-year old may stand just 5-foot-9 tall, but he's had a fantastic last two seasons with the Saskatoon Blades, tallying 80 goals and 151 points in 133 games played, making him an intriguing talent of the future. It's unclear what the market for Liswosky is as a free agent, but he's set on once more being a Toronto Maple Leaf, and if they bring him in with a shot at making the Toronto Marlies roster, they may just find themselves a very talented player that could be a big piece moving forward.
