Leafs Teammates And Staff Comment On Nylander Contract
As most expected the questions about William Nylander's contract would not be limited to Nylander. Multiple other members of the organization were asked about the situation.
Brad Treliving had only complimentary things to say when asked about Nylander.
«He is a cool cat he's a really neat kid nothing much bothers him he really does care.»
— #Leafsforever Treliving re Willie Nylander
Morgan Rielly was also asked about his teammate's contract status.
Rielly on Nylander and contract status: I have no doubt he really likes it here, as a teammate you support him.
As the season draws closer it will be interesting to see how much of a distraction this situation could become. If Nylander struggles to produce the questions will only become more and more frequent.
