The Toronto Maple Leafs and the Edmonton Oilers had high hopes of bringing the Stanley Cup home. Unfortunately, both teams were ousted in the second round, resulting in disappointment for their fans.
Following the Oilers' elimination, Paul Bissonnette, widely known as "Biz Nasty," decided to take a playful jab at the legendary Wayne Gretzky, referencing the Oilers' exit from the playoffs.
Surprisingly, Gretzky responded with a knockout diss directed at the Toronto Maple Leafs, adding another twist to the conversation.
Gretzky referring to players like Auston Matthews, and John Tavares who didn't score in the series for the Leafs, while McDavid and Draisaitl did almost all the scoring in Edmonton.
