Flames and Penguins interested in controversial GM
The Calgary Flames have shaken up their management, firing Darryl Sutter and announcing that Brad Treliving will not continue as GM for the next season.
With Don Maloney taking the reins as interim GM, the Flames can begin preparations for the upcoming season.
The team has reportedly started their search for a new GM, and one promising candidate has already been identified.
Stan Bowman Attracts Interest from Calgary Flames

The Flames are now looking at Stan Bowman as a potential GM. Bowman served as the General Manager of the Chicago Blackhawks from 2005 to 2022.
Before he can apply for a job in the league, Bowman needs to be reinstated by the NHL.
