A camera caught David Pastrnak asking coach Montgomery permission to drop the gloves against Matthew Tkachuk in the second game between the Panthers and the Bruins.
The second half of the third period between the Bruins and the Panthers went exactly how you'd guess it would happen with Boston trailing behind 6-1.
A whopping total of 12 game misconducts were handed out by the referees, leaving not many players on the benches for the rest of the game.
It culminated when David Pastrnak and Matthew Tkachuk dropped the gloves.

After a big scrum, they were captured on camera agreeing to drop the gloves, then going over to their bench to ask permission to their head coaches.
