The Anaheim Ducks recently acquired Cutter Gauthier in a shocking deal, and now, it appears they could move a fan favourite goal scorer as well.
While it appears Anaheim aren't actively shopping Zegras, reports state that they are open to moving the young star, and now, we've seen an intriguing trade proposal to send him to Montreal.

In return from Montreal, Anaheim would receive a former top pick in the form of Juraj Slafkovsky, and while it's only early, it's safe to say that Montreal would come away big winners in this potential deal.
Zegras may stay with the Anaheim Ducks
This may just be speculation however, as the Ducks have shown no real interest in moving Zegras unless the offer blows them away, and unfortunately for Montreal, this one may not do that.
Acquiring him would be a massive move for the Canadiens however, as they could pair him with the young core of
Nick Suzuki and
Cole Caufield, so they are definitely a team to watch if he is ultimately traded by the Ducks.
