This season more than any other the Edmonton Oilers have struggled with depth. In the past, the team relied on Leon Draisaitl and Connor McDavid but this is even more true now.
Other than Zach Hyman the Oilers have not had their role player step up. Evander Kane has struggled heavily to find consistency. Warren Foegele, Ryan McLeod, and Connor Brown have all been major disappointments with their production.
