Defenseman Jakub Zboril has officially requested a trade out of Boston.
Zboril Wants to Be Traded Out of Boston
Zboril was placed on waivers last Wednesday by the Bruins, and joined Providence in the AHL 24 hours later.
In a recent report on Daily Faceoff, Frank Seravalli shared that the 26-year-old defenseman wanted to see if another was interested in him, and wanted an opportunity to play elsewhere.
In 19 games with Providence this season, he scored seven assists. He's currently playing through the last year of the 1 137 500 $ AAV contract he signed in 2022.
