This past Saturday, the Vegas Golden Knights made their unforgettable Stanley Cup Parade.

Among the highlights was goalie Adin Hill, who produced one of the event's most memorable quotes - much more so than an intoxicated William Karlsson. Will Ferrell fans would find it particularly delightful.

First Stanley Cup Victory for Las Vegas: Hill's Response

When probed about what it meant for him to secure Las Vegas its inaugural Stanley Cup, Hill responded in an unexpected manner. His answer was:
«It's pretty wild. I don't know what to do with my hands right now.»
As the image shows, one of Hill's hands is occupied holding a Bud Light bottle, indicating he had some idea of what to do with one hand at least. However, the primary remark seemed to be a nod towards a character portrayed by Ferrell - Ricky Bobby from Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.

Adin Hill's Quote: An Ode to Ricky Bobby

In Talladega Nights, Ricky Bobby admits, «I felt like I was on a spaceship. I'm not sure what to do with my hands.» The following clip humorously continues with Bobby's indecisiveness about what to do with his hands.

This quote from Hill might initially come across as strange. Yet, considering the fact that he had just clinched a Stanley Cup, it is quite fitting - more so when you take into account the apparent homage to a beloved comedy film.
