The Toronto Maple Leafs will be without superstar forward William Nylander yet again tonight as the team faces the Boston Bruins for game three of their first-round matchup. Nylander missed the previous two games with an undisclosed injury.

The series is currently tied at one game each as they head back to Toronto for game three tonight. It will be the first chance the Leafs get to play on home ice against their rivals in the series, making it a critical game for them as they look to take the lead in the best-of-seven contest. Unfortunately, NHL insider Elliotte Freidman confirmed today that William Nylander is still out of the lineup.

Leafs reporter David Alter also confirmed that Nylander was not on the ice for warmups. Previously, he did take the ice in game two as one of the scratches.

With Nylander out of the lineup, the Leafs are once again playing with an unusual lineup. Alter reported the lines himself, confirming that the lineup has essentially stayed the same as it was in their game two victory.
