The Toronto Maple Leafs are reportedly one of the teams that are expected to pursue Boston Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark in an off-season trade.

Ullmark spent parts of six seasons with the Buffalo Sabres before signing with the Boston Bruins in the 2021 NHL off-season. The 30-year-old goaltender has played the last three seasons in Boston in a 1A/1B situation with Jeremy Swayman.
In 247 career games, Ullmark posted a win-loss record of 138-73-23, a 2.51 goals-against average and a .918 save percentage. He split the 2023 William M. Jennings trophy with Jeremy Swayman for the lowest goals-against average. Ullmark also won the 2023 Vezina Trophy and was an NHL All-Star.
His goalie goal on February 25, 2023, was also a highlight of his dominant 2022-23 season.
As posted on X by TavKniesnyThews, multiple teams are trying to acquire the Boston netminder Linus Ullmark. Ullmark would prefer to stay in Boston, but teams are expected to pursue him in the coming weeks.
Ullmark has a 15-team no-trade clause on his contract, but he's in the final year of his four-year contract worth $5,000,000 annually.
He is set to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the 2024-25 season making him a likely trade deadline candidate should the Bruins be unable to make playoffs or afford Jeremy Swayman's next contract.
