Maple Leafs star William Nylander absent from Friday practice
The Toronto Maple Leafs are just days away from one of the most important series in franchise history, and now one of their top stars may be in doubt.
Ahead of their matchup with the Boston Bruins, several Maple Leafs are reportedly in doubt, but on Friday, the team got some of the worst news possible on star forward William Nylander. William Nylander is not on the ice at Leafs practice

Missing either McMann or Nylander will be brutal for Toronto, but given how he's shown up in their past playoff series, missing No. 88 could be the difference in this series.
There's no details yet on the reason behind the absence, so Maple Leafs fans will have to hold their breath on one of the top playoff performers on this team as he looks to get ready for Game one of the series.
