The Toronto Maple Leafs get bounced out of the first round yet again, and this time it is unforgivable which will cause the jobs of many, including head coach Sheldon Keefe who is likely to be let go in the coming days or weeks. In fact, their replacement may already have been established according to reports.

According to The Fourth Period's David Pagnotta, the Leafs have expressed interest in Craig Berube.
"As TFP's David Pagnotta reported on SiriusXM NHL Network Radio last month, the Leafs are believed to have interest in former St. Louis Blues bench boss Craig Berube becoming their next coach and could look to interview him if they decide to make a coaching change."
Craig Berube recently got fired in the beginning of the season with the St.Louis Blues after a horrible start to their 2023-24 campaign.
Berube has been a key piece to success in Missouri with him leading the last place Blues to a Stanley Cup in 2019.
Things are going to change, and a start for the Leafs should be to hire some fresh blood, like an experienced veteran head coach like Craig Berube with Stanley Cup pedigree.
