Ilya Samsonov showd all season long that he isn't good enough to be a number one goalie in the NHL.
A recent report confirmed that Treliving is already looking at his options to replace him.

Fleury to Join the Toronto Maple Leafs?
Fleury, 39, is currently the backup goalie in Minnesota. After being benched in Pittsburgh and Montreal, two cities where Fleury is extremely appreciated, he could be looking for a change in scenery.
While this season has not seen Fleury perform at his usual elite level, the whole team can be blamed for his drop in stats: a 6-5-2 record, with a 3.16 GAA and a .892 SV%.
There's no doubt that bringing Fleury, with his experience, leadership and talent, could be a real game changer in Toronto.
