Flyers Eye Western Conference Defenceman as Next Big Signing
Daniel Briere has made a quick name for himself in the GM role with Philidelphia, making some big moves in the offseason and via the draft. The Flyers are cooking up an impressive roster to make a long push into the playoffs this year, and this Western Conference defenceman might be Briere's next addition.
A new report has emerged that the Flyers could have their eyes on Ethan Bear. Bear has spent the last 3 seasons with 3 teams, Edmonton, Carolina, and most recently Vancouver. While injuries have kept him from being a top 4 defenceman, he certainly has the capacity to be one if he stays healthy.

Coming off his injuries, this might be a difficult task for Bear, however, having that level of depth in the NHL is never a bad thing, and Flyers fans should be happy if they can land a player like Bear.
