Matt Rempe Receives a Warning Message from NHL Legendary Brawler

Matt Rempe has been lighting up social media, and a few NHL players. He has accepting fights from all takers and is becoming an NHL fan favorite.

Chris Nilan Has Special Message for Matt Rempe



Rempe has made his rookie debut last month with the New York Rangers and since has shown his willingness to fight anyone. NHL Legend Chris Nilan recognizes what Remps is trying to do and how he is making a name of himself.

His message to the young rookie raised some eyebrows throughout the league.


"This kid, I love his willingness and all that stuff, but he has bad technique. He leaves himself wide open and he's going to get hurt again... I don't know if anybody is working with him... but he needs some help. It's great to be willing but if you're seeing Tweety Birds out there every fight that's not a good thing."



Retired Enforcer Nilan Earned the Right to Speak His Mind on Rempe and His Fighting Style



Chris Nilan has earned the right to comment on Rempe and his fighting style. In Nilan career, he has over 3,000 PIM's in less than 700 NHL games.

If Rempe does get the guidance and coaching needed in the offseason, he can become one of the most feared and dominating enforcers in the league. All he does need is the technique, he already has the size to become a major enforcer.
