BREAKING: Vladimir Tarasenko signs a new contract
From the Big Apple to Raleighwood
Vladimir Tarasenko is finally off the free agent market.
The veteran NHL star forward has signed with the Carolina Hurricanes, according to Shayna Goldman of The Athletic. This comes after reports that the Hurricanes and Ottawa Senators were interested in the Russian winger.
Though we don't yet know the terms of the deal, Tarasenko joins an already loaded Hurricanes team up front, and will be in a position to make a serious run for a Stanley Cup.
