The Colorado Avalanche look like a juggernaut once again in 2023-24, and now they've made a move that may open up a roster spot for a big addition at the trade deadline.
Fredrik Olofsson placed on waivers by Colorado
After being picked up by Colorado this past summer, 27-year old forward Fredrik Olofsson hasn't managed to make much of an impact in his first season with the Avalanche.
In 55 games played, Olofsson has just 3 goals and 9 points, and now, the team have officially placed him on waivers.

The former fourth-round pick has flashed some potential and is still young enough to grow into his talent, so now we will wait and see if another team wants to take a chance on his upside.
