Bad News in Colorado

The Colorado Avalanche's defensive lineup may take a hit, with indications that Josh Manson is dealing with a troubling hip injury. Observations on Tuesday showed Manson practicing solo, something unusual for a player generally in good health.
Evan Rawal, a reporter for Colorado Hockey Now, pointed out Manson's visible struggle with his hip.
Manson was skating on his own, talking to 4 people who are tracking him with a device, including a trainer. Mentioned something is uncomfortable on his hip, so they seemed to adjust something he's wearing under his pads and he said it felt good. Has since joined rest of group.
However, another tweet from Rawal indicated a more concerning development.
"Josh Manson did not skate today. Everyone else who skated yesterday was on the ice again."

Over the recent seasons, Manson's encounters with injuries have been quite frequent. Last season, he sat out of 55 games due to lower body issues and missed a few games in the playoffs.
Since December 2022, Manson was injured three times. Two of these were related to the lower body, while the third remains unspecified.
